In 2019 Greg of 1001sentiers has introduced us to the Maritime Alps’ mountains on stunning trails with a 6-days traverse into the Mercantour range. We followed a route, which was a perfect way to show us the beauty and diversity of the territory, from the Alps to the Sea. Details can be seen here.
For our second venue with Greg from September 20 – 24 we did something located a bit more at the North-West of the range: We started the tour on the famous Col d’Allos. First we stayed in the Verdon valley, where we enjoyed the super flowy trails and awesome alpine scenery in the wild valleys. On day 4 we entered in the Maritime Alps and we continued the adventure with another bunch of fantastic trails and sceneries.
